League team plays draw

Brisbane Water Secondary College Woy Woy Campus' Open Rugby League team has had a 24-all draw with Matraville Sports High in round three of the St Mary's Cup.

The lead changed several times in the match and despite Matraville's experience and reputation as one of the elite rugby league schools in the State they were unable to put Woy Woy away.

Captain Pat Crocker was awarded three points towards the player of the year tally with a standout game in defence and attack.

Alex Baxter and Brayden Wiliame received two points and Steve Billington received one point.
