Street lights wanted
Gosford Council has received a petition from a number of residents living in Woy Woy Rd requesting a street light be placed on two power poles to improve the safety of drivers and pedestrians.
The petition contained eight signatures and called for poles W1184 and W1189 to have street lighting installed.
The petitioners have advised council that the section of road along Woy Woy Rd is very dark due to trees on both sides of the road and several accidents have already taken place in the area.
The petition has been noted by council.
