Jewellery sale aids rock pool
The Pearl Beach Progress Association will hold a Fashion Jewellery Frenzy as part of its Save the Pearl Beach Rock Pool fundraising campaign.
The fundraising event will take place at the Pearl Beach Memorial Hall on Sunday, July 12, from 2.30pm.
Event organiser Ms Liz Kemp is a local hairdresser and jewellery consultant and has been a resident of Pearl Beach most of her life.
Ms Kemp said the collection of pieces on offer were ever-changing and had "the look, the weight and the feel of the real thing".
"Women who love fashion will enjoy this exciting collection of jewellery designed to interpret international trends with incredible pieces and combinations that include necklaces, bracelets, rings, earrings and accessories," Ms Kemp said.
"Why not indulge yourself, or start that early Christmas shopping."
Prices start from $18, up to $120, with credit card facilities available on the day.
Lucky door prizes and raffle of a jewellery set will also take place.
Ms Kemp has announced she will be donating 50 per cent of her sales from the event towards the Save Pearl Beach Rock Pool fund.
She said the local rock pool was a special place enjoyed by many local families and visitors, including her own.
The Pearl Beach Memorial Hall is located at 9 Diamond Rd, Pearl Beach.
