Just one millimetre
Just one millimetre of rain fell on the Peninsula in the fortnight to last Thursday, according to figures supplied by Woy Woy resident Mr Jim Morrison.
This millimetre of rain was recorded on Sunday, October 7, and it compares to a monthly average of 77.7mm.
Rainfall figures for last Friday were not available at the time of going to press.
However, it is understood about 15mm of rain and hail fell on parts of the Peninsula on Friday.
Rainfall for the year to date has already exceeded the average annual figure.
