Cafe uses new machine

A new Woy Woy cafe is claiming to be the first on the Peninsula to use a new award-winning coffee machine.

Jamie's Cafe is the first to take advantage of the machine which won the "Best New Hospitality Product Award", the Dalla Corte series 20.03.

Fine Food Australia presented the award on September 21, with the machine edging out rival products that included a sandwich preparation counter, an air aroma diffuser system and a turbo mixer.

Some of the features of the coffee machine include its energy savings, low service and maintenance costs and its special feature "Evolution" which is a double system for programming the water dosage for coffee and tea.
