Petitions supports foreshore works

Gosford Council has received a petition with 347 signatures regarding the restoration of the Ettalong town beach foreshore.

The petition was sent by the Ettalong Beach Heritage Committee on behalf of Peninsula and surrounding area residents.

The petition stated that they would like to see the Ettalong town beach restored for public use, the view reinstated and that property environmental protection structures are constructed.

The petitioners have asked council to undertake the upgrading of the town beach immediately as per the Ettalong Beach Plan of Management and the Patterson Britton Study.
