Procrastination on climate change policy
All communication with the council about its climate change policy has failed.
The council's procrastination is likely to delay action on this policy beyond its 2050 target.
Uncertainty about the council's administration, corporate structure, resources and genuine interest are all impediments to action.
For the record, public consultation by Gosford Council started prior to December 2009, nearly 13 years ago.
Are we about to see the start of another round public consultation for the umpteenth time?
Procrastination is an excellent term to describe this failure.
