Two coronavirus cases in November

Only two coronavirus cases have been recorded for the Peninsula this month.

The two cases in the 2256 postcode area were recorded on Tuesday, November 16, and Wednesday, November 17.

The previous case recorded in the 2256 area was on October 22.

No cases have been recorded in the 2257 postcode area this month, with the most recent case being recorded on October 31.

Figures on the NSW Government Covid data and statistics web page show no difference in vaccination rates for the 2256 postcode, but a marked increase for 2257.

A Peninsula News analysis of the figures shows the first dose rate for 2257 jumping from 94 per cent on November 13 to 97 per cent on November 27.

The fully vaccinated rate has increased marginally from 92 per cent to 93 per cent.
