Wednesdays to be wrapper-free
Umina Beach Public School is preparing to introduce a new waste watch initiative.
Principal Ms Lyn Davis said Wrapper Free Wednesdays was an initiative raised by the Student Parliament and the School Council.
"Students will be preparing posters over the next couple of weeks to display across the school and remind us that Wrapper Free Wednesdays will start next term.
"I hope that our school community can get behind this initiative," Ms Davis said.
