Fairy bread in maths lesson

Fairy bread was part of a maths lesson for Kindergarten students in class K2 at Ettalong Public School on June 13.

Principal Ms Lynn Balfour said the lesson aimed to teach students about halves and saw K2 make their own fairy bread and then divide it as a practical lesson in halving.

"K2 enjoyed making fairy bread," she said.
