Meals on Wheels holds open days
Meals on Wheels will hold open days at its Woy Woy community restaurant on Tuesdays, April 3 and 10 as part of the NSW Seniors Festival.
The service will serve "a complimentary three-course meal to new community restaurant clients", accompanied by entertainment as well as some games.
The restaurant is a service provided by Meals on Wheels Central Coast, which aims to act as a social outlet for a lot of people who are otherwise isolated.
Return transport is available at a cost of $10.
As limited places are available, bookings to attend these open days are essential.
