Opera tickets go on sale

Tickets have gone on sale for the annual Opera in the Arboretum, to be held on March 25 next year.

Event coordinator Mr John Greenway said the line-up for the 12th annual Opera in the Arboretum was "star studded".

He said tenor David Hobson would be the main attraction, supported by mezzo-soprano Sally-Anne Russell, soprano Michaele Archer and baritone Andrew Jones.

"Pianist Francis Greep, cellist Sally Maer and the Central Coast Chamber Orchestra under the baton of Patrick Brennan will support the artists," Mr Greenway said.

Primary school students are free and tickets range from $36 for high school students through to $70 for adults.
