Big Wheel at theatre

Peninsula Theatre will host "a night of great music" featuring Jim Conway's Big Wheel on Saturday, November 29.

"Jim Conway has assembled an astonishing array of talent to galvanise the ranks of his new dream band," said Laycock St Theatre marketing coordinator Ms Terri Graham said.

"Big Wheel boasts a line up of musicians who share Conway's passion for blues, jump and swing.

The Big Wheel will feature Mr New Orleans Donny Hopkins on piano and vocals, Arne Hanna on guitar and vocals, RP White on horns, Stan Valacos on double bass and Andrew Byrnes on drums.

"The concert is presented by local bluesman Earlwood Greg."
