Storm medal for patrol member

Royal Volunteer Coastal Patrol member and Ettalong resident Mr Norman Smith will be among 29 volunteers to receive NSW State Storm Medals on June 30.

Volunteer members of several Coastal Patrol Divisions will be recognised for their contributions to the community during the storms that impacted the region in June last year.

They will be presented with NSW State Storm Medals by member for Gosford Ms Marie Andrews, according to patrol public relation officer Mr Ron Cole.

The presentation function will be held at 10.30am at the Patrol's Central Coast Pt Clare Marine Radio Base, at the end of Kurrawa Ave, Pt Clare.
