Dog owner spoken to
Gosford Council rangers have spoken to the owner of dogs on Korina Ave, Umina, following a petition to council over the dogs "constantly barking".
Council received a petition with six signatures on February 27, stating that the petitioners were seeking council's assistance in the matter of five "constantly barking dogs".
Council referred the petition to its Education and Compliance directorate.
Council rangers have since spoken to the owner of the dogs and advised them that it is an offence to allow the dogs to bark continuously.
