I have a 1970's map of the Woy Woy area and on the front it says "Map of Woy Woy Peninsula and surrounding areas."

A pelican emblem of Central Coast NSW is underneath.

Inside it says "Sponsored by Vintage Press and Gosford City Tourist Association".

Always has been Woy Woy Peninsula while I've lived here.

Let's have it gazetted before they pinch the name Peninsula.
