CWA craft group donates capes to charity

The Umina Beach branch of the Country Women's Association has donated more capes to the Capes4Kids charity.

The capes were made by members of the branch's Tuesday craft group, and were delivered on Friday, August 1.

Two guest judges for cookery

The Woy Woy branch of the Country Women's Association had two guest judges for its cookery competition on Wednesday, June 30.

Ms Jenny Stott and Ms Judy Prior gave their time and shared their wisdom with members.

There were five entries for the Peppermint Slice.

First was Ms Susie Roberts, second Ms Pam Clifton and third Ms Karen Reus.

Three entries for the Tomato Jam placed first Ms Roberts, second Ms Clifton and third Ms Di Spinks.
