Half Tide Rocks excursion
Stage One and Year 6 students from Pretty Beach Public School went on an excursion to Half Tide Rocks on September 7.
The excursion supported the students' science topics of "Up, down, all around" and "Local areas."
The students walked with their buddies on an adventurous path towards Half Tide Rocks.
Once there, students had the opportunity to explore the natural surroundings of the local area and sketch landscapes and interesting objects.
After a fruit and recess break, students continued on back over the mountain to reach their last destination, Turo Park.
At Turo Park, students played a variety of games and activities.
