Defer decision on Tax Office

Delighted to see Mr Rob Noble, newly-appointed CEO of the recently established Central Coast Council, has stated council will not make too many big decisions in relation to land use and planning (Peninsula News 30/5/16).

The DA for the Tax Office on Gosford Waterfront is on the agenda for the next Central Coast Council meeting.

Now is the time to defer this very contentious decision.

Go back to first principles Mr Noble, Mr Reynolds.

The 2010 'Our City, Our Destiny Masterplan' is an obvious starting point.
