Thanks for Ettalong work

On behalf of the Ettalong Beach Business Group, I would like to thank everybody involved with the work being done at Ettalong Beach.

Before, walking along the Memorial Ave footpath from the Rocks Arcade to the Esplanade was a treacherous experience.

I know. I have dodgy legs.

Now, with the new paving, it not only looks great, but one can walk looking at the wonderful views, rather than at one's feet.

The planter boxes were installed recently and they, too, look great.

In addition, the viewing platforms are fast taking shape.

While we all know that there is still much to be done, we really appreciate the work that has been done to the area to date.

Council's recreational areas manager Ms Kim Radford deserves a very special mention.
