Retain unique character
It is encouraging to read Mr Berntsen's comment, describing Ettalong Beach as "our little village". and discussing "its unique location and charm".
This recognition by a member of the Ettalong Business Group reinforces why the Minister for Planning should reject the proposed outstanding Tesrol development and retain the "unique composition" of this beachside suburb supporting tourism and steady growth, whilst retaining the unique character of the village which is its major attraction.
