Labor candidate for Robertson, Ms Trish Moran, recently set out campaigning in the local area with a supporter of a different kind - a three-year-old labrador.

Kelly, the mascot of the Labor Party's Peninsula Day Branch will be featured in the party's magazine.

Kelly was keen to meet and greet locals in her bid to win them over to Labor's Family Friendly Policies, according to Ms Moran.

A regular campaigner on the Woy Woy Peninsula, Kelly can be recognised by her distinctive ALP attire, she said.
